It was a great night of music at Whoville’s last Saturday as Hepcat Dilemma ripped it up alongside The Molecule Party, Prime 8, Neostem and King Catfish at The Whoville Christmas Party. The show was Hepcat’s second performance after a three-year hiatus and showed the band warming to the stage, delivering a blistering half-hour set.
Taking the stage shortly after 8 Hepcat Dilemma opened with “Wedding Song” and kept the intensity up with strong performances of several Hepcat classics and new songs from the forth coming album due for release next year. Highlight of the set included the first performance of “Unlikely Candid Date” in nearly ten years and a roaring take of the new single, “Things No Way” which was released online earlier this year.

“It was a great time and all the bands brought their A game,” commented guitarist Bob Loiselle. “And it was great to play with Neostem again. We love those guys and they have gotten so, so good.”
Hepcat Dilemma plans on playing more shows in the coming year as it looks to be a busy one for the band with the new album coming out on Rat-on-a-Stick Records. “Now that Chris is back in town we can rehearse regularly and start playing shows more often,” added Bob. “This is what we’ve been waiting for.”
